We offer private, one-on-one life coaching sessions designed to meet you where you are and help you move toward your goals with confidence and hope.

    • Full payment is required at the time of scheduling.

    • Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance of the desired appointment time.

    • Please note: We do not accept insurance.

    1. Choose Your Session Type – Select a session on the Services page that best suit your needs.

    2. Schedule Your Time – Pick a date and time directly from the online calendar.

    3. Complete Payment – All sessions are paid in full at the time of booking to secure your spot.

Cancellation Policy

    • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of any coaching session.

    • Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a late cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost.

    • No-shows or missed appointments without notice will be charged the full session fee.

  • We understand that true emergencies happen. If you experience a medical or personal emergency, please contact us at counselcoach2@gmail.com as soon as possible. Exceptions to this aforementioned policy will be made at our discretion.

  • You can cancel or reschedule your session by:

  • Repeated late cancellations and/or repeated rescheduling more than 4 times within a 60-day period will be reassessed for their commitment to the coaching process and may lose priority booking.

    • Prepaid sessions canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be refunded or credited toward a future session.

    • No refunds will be issued for late cancellations or no-shows.
