How to Book
Choose Your Session Type – Select a session on the Services page that best suit your needs.
Schedule Your Time – Pick a date and time directly from the online calendar.
Complete Payment – All sessions are paid in full at the time of booking to secure your spot.
We strive to make the payment process as simple and convenient as possible for our clients.

Payment Policy
Full payment is required at the time of scheduling.
Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance of the desired appointment time.
Please note: We do not accept insurance.

Cancellation Policy
At Mindful Coaching & Counseling, we understand that life happens and schedules may change. To ensure fairness and respect for both your time and ours, we kindly ask that all clients adhere to the following cancellation policy:
1. Cancellation & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of any coaching session.
Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a late cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost.
No-shows or missed appointments without notice will be charged the full session fee.
2. Emergencies
We understand that true emergencies happen. If you experience a medical or personal emergency, please contact us at counselcoach2@gmail.com as soon as possible. Exceptions to this aforementioned policy will be made at our discretion.
3. Repeated Cancellations
Clients who cancel or reschedule more than 3 sessions in a 60-day period may be asked to reassess their commitment to coaching and may lose priority booking.

5. Refunds
Prepaid sessions canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be refunded or credited toward a future session.
No refunds will be issued for late cancellations or no-shows.
