We do not provide:
Therapy, mental health counseling, or psychiatric services
Life coaching focuses on setting goals, creating action steps, and developing strategies for growth. If you are currently in need of psychiatric services or inpatient care, for severe depression or anxiety, or other persistent mental health concerns, we encourage you to seek support from a licensed mental health professional in your area.Medical advice or diagnosis
We do not provide medical assessments or treatment plans. Any physical or mental health concerns should be directed to a qualified healthcare provider.Career counseling or job placement services
While we may help clients explore purpose or direction, we do not offer formal career assessments, résumé services, or job search assistance.Social services or case management
We do not provide assistance with housing, benefits, public assistance, or other forms of social service support.Legal or financial advising
We do not offer legal counsel, investment advice, or financial planning services.Emergency crisis support
Coaching is not appropriate for individuals in crisis. If you are in immediate danger or need urgent help, please call 988 or contact a local crisis line or mental health service.
The role of a life coach is to support, empower, and guide you through goal-setting, personal development, and decision-making — all within a professional, ethical, and faith-informed framework.
